Sautee Stuffed Turkey Burgers

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp chopped garlic
Chop and Sautee mushrooms, onion and red bell pepper with one tbps of garlic in medium skillet.
Set to the side, and in a large bowl mix basil, cumin, chili, and rest of garlic with the ground turkey (by hand – we love getting messy! And touching raw meat!)
Separate turkey and patty-cake each one into 10 medium-thin patties.
Cook turkey burgers in skillet or on grill as you normally would – checking to make sure it’s cooked through completely before calling it quits.
Wrap your burger up in the largest lettuce leaves you can find, giving it some nice burger veggie accessories, and topping it off with some paleo grilled tomato sauce, hot sauce, or paleo ranch dressing! (Mmmmmm)
